Caleb & Katey were married on the first day of winter this year. Thankfully the sun was shining as the ceremony was set outdoors, right beside a cute little lake. The bridesmaids and adorable flower girls travelled to the ceremony on the back of a truck, hay bales and all, while Katey arrived by horse and cart, so there was a real rustic farm feel to the day.
After the ceremony we took advantage of the beautiful surroundings and afternoon light and photographed the bridal party, before getting a few portraits of Caleb & Katey on their own, including on an awesome outdoor swing! We did some serious four wheel-driving to get down to our last location where we got some great shots of the couple by a wooden arch sculpture. We were treated to a gorgeous sunset on the drive back to the reception venue, which conveniently overlooked the lake they’d had the ceremony at, so they and their guests could party the night away. How cool is the wooden wall behind the bridal party’s table?! Katey & Caleb, thanks for having us along to photograph your wedding, we hope married life is going wonderfully!
