We’re going to the Zoo! Zoo! Zoo!
That’s what we were singing almost every day prior to this wedding.
Rachael and Joe came to see us about 12 weeks prior to their big day, having decided to get married prior to living overseas for a few years – what a cool way to farewell family and friends?! Spend the day at the Auckland Zoo with them getting married!
Their day dawned and turned out to be quite possibly the brightest and hottest day in December! They braved the scorching sun, and were married at the rotunda with a string quartet playing gorgeous music.
We had a fab time zooming around the zoo taking photos, there are so many amazing locations, we could have spent all day taking photos!
Our favourite time was definitely feeding the lemurs, man are they cute or WHAT?! Check out their tails!
They celebrated into the evening in the Old Elephant House with family and friends, and had transformed the outdoor area into an amazing chill out zone with comfy couches outdoors – brilliant!
