Sam and Liz had a gorgeous vintage inspired backyard wedding at Sam’s parents’ property in Silverdale. It had been raining all weekend quite heavily, so nerves had been on edge about the grass being a bit too damp, however the sun came out at just the right moments, enabling Liz to walk down the aisle without getting drenched, and enough time for hugs and family photos outdoors.
Sam’s family are keen as beans about Beetle cars, so of course they all had to be included. Sam’s car is named Ed, and we took off with Sam and Liz on location shoot, after a shoot in the forest with the bridal party, and had some neat photos down an old narrow road and a shed (gotta love a good shed!), and had some fun with the tilt shift lens while we were at it!
We were entertained with the most hilarious speeches by family and friends, and I think I nearly wet my pants laughing so hard at Sam’s speech.
Congratulations Sam and Liz, it was a truly amazing day, and we loved being a part of it!
