We were lucky enough to visit the Hawke’s Bay again at the end of January, flying in to document Katelin + Aaron’s stunning wedding day with both photos and video. These two are probably one of the most adorable couples we’ve ever met, and they didn’t disappoint, giggling and whispering their vows so only each other (and our handy little microphone) could hear! The weather put on a show for us, and we’ve never felt heat quite like it during their ceremony. It was a stunner. Afterwards, clouds made their way overhead, providing both respite from the heat and the perfect photo conditions, and by the time we were bound for Te Mata Peak, we even had a spit or two of rain… Luckily for us it stopped just as we got out of the cars at the top. The view up there is always incredible, and so diverse in the different seasons. There was a fair bit of wind too, but it just provided us with some epic veil action 🙂 We were back to The Old Church for the evening’s proceedings, and we still can’t get over how gorgeous that venue is– the reception room especially!
